Should you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support promptly at Returns@LuxxJunkie.com

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery and include the original receipt.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit or an exchange. 

In specific cases where a refund is requested for used or opened items, an 85% restocking fee will apply, deducted from the original payment.

Please note that additional shipping costs incurred when returning items are non-refundable.

To ensure your items are protected against loss, theft, or damage, we recommend purchasing Route protection with your order. 

For issues with your shipment, start the claim process at https://claims.route.com using your email address and your Route or Luxx Junkie order number.
